• McBride Engineering Solutions Joins Project ADD Water Team
  MES has joined the CAP-sponsored Project ADD Water program as an observer participant to help bring an engineering consultant’s perspective to the team.  In response to its 2006 Strategic Plan, CAP created Project Add Water in 2007 in an effort to establish a collaborative process to determine when new supplies need to be acquired and how those supplies could be shared. In January of 2008, the CAP created a Project Team that included three CAP Board members, representatives from a variety of external stakeholder perspectives and CAP staff to refine and implement a Stakeholder Participation Plan prepared by CAP and to report the results and recommendations from stakeholder meetings to constituents, stakeholders and the CAP Board. www.centralarizonaproject.com/projectaddwater
  
  
• MES Continues to Support Women in Engineering Group
  The Women in Engineering Group, organized by two MES female engineers, was formed to give woman working in engineering a casual outlet outside of the workplace to network among their peers.  The group has a great mix of tenured and young women working in the engineering field and MES is proud to be a part of these events.
